IT Support Specialist

About the Role

Bluepeak Financial is hiring a tier-1/2 support specialist for its Denver office, where you will be the first call for 400 employees who manage client money and cannot afford downtime. You will work in a modern Microsoft stack: Intune for devices, Entra ID for identity, and ServiceNow for the queue. This is a contract-to-hire role through Harbor Recruitment, and conversion to a permanent Bluepeak seat typically happens at 6 months based on ticket quality and CSAT scores.

What You'll Do

• Resolve tier-1 and tier-2 tickets in ServiceNow for 400 Denver employees, targeting same-day resolution on most requests
• Provision and deprovision accounts in Entra ID, including group membership, MFA resets, and conditional access troubleshooting
• Enroll, image, and manage Windows laptops through Intune and Autopilot, keeping compliance policies green
• Run hardware setups for weekly new-hire onboarding, from desk equipment to first login
• Support conference rooms, printers, and peripherals across two floors of the Denver office
• Escalate infrastructure and security issues to tier 3 with clean, reproducible ticket notes
• Write and update knowledge-base articles so repeat issues get faster fixes

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years in a help desk or desktop support role
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting in a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of Entra ID or Active Directory for account and access management
• Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk
• Comfort supporting non-technical users in person, by phone, and over chat
• Ability to lift and rack standard desktop and laptop hardware
• Availability to work on-site in Denver 5 days a week

Nice to Have

• CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, or similar certification
• Prior support work in financial services or another regulated industry
• Basic PowerShell for account and device tasks
• macOS support experience
