By using harborrecruitment.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to everyone who visits — job seekers, employers, and casual browsers alike.

The Site is operated by Harbor Recruitment LLC, a recruiting and staffing agency headquartered at 345 California St, San Francisco, CA 94104, serving employers and candidates across the United States and Canada.

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: exploring roles, applying for jobs, registering as a candidate, and requesting talent. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, no automated bulk access, no attempts to breach security, no posting of unlawful or misleading content, and no impersonating another person or company.

We work hard to keep postings accurate and current, but roles change and close without notice, and details such as pay ranges are provided by client employers. Submitting an application, registering, or speaking with a recruiter does not guarantee an interview, a placement, or employment. Any employment relationship you enter is between you and the hiring employer, on the terms you agree with them.

When you apply or register, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your identity, work history, education, credentials, and work authorization. Misrepresentation can end our work together and may end an employment offer. You also agree to tell us promptly if your availability or circumstances change while we are representing you to an employer.

These Terms of Use cover your use of the Site only. Recruiting engagements — including fees, the 90-day replacement guarantee, and contract staffing arrangements — are governed by a separate written service agreement between Harbor Recruitment LLC and the client employer. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement wins.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — belong to Harbor Recruitment LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. You keep ownership of the resume and materials you submit, and you grant us a license to use them to provide our services.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor Recruitment LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. If you are a consumer in Canada, nothing in these terms takes away mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws of your province or territory.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
